Maurice Giroux, B.Sc. Geology, CEO, President, Director, is a professional geologist with more than 30 years of international mining experience.  He has supervised exploration campaigns, developed medium-scale production operations, and has established and maintained good business relations with the governments and peoples in many African countries.

Martin Nicoletti, CFO: Mr. Nicoletti is a certified general accountant with 22 years of experience. He graduated from the Quebec University in Trois-Rivières in 1987 with a bachelor degree in business administration. He joined Price Waterhouse where he spent the next 4 years serving several clients in the mining industry. He spent the next 11 years with companies as a controller or chief accountant. Since 2004, he has been involved with public junior mining companies carrying exploration activities worldwide, with responsibilities in financial controls and financial reporting. He currently serves as the chief financial officer of a few public companies.

Jacques Trottier, Geologist and Special advisor. Holds a Doctorate degree in economic geology, has more than 20 years experience in mining exploration and has held senior positions with number of public mining companies. He is also President and CEO of Amex Exoloration inc.
