Maurice Giroux, B.Sc. Geology, CEO, President, Director, is a professional geologist with more than 30 years of international mining experience.  He has supervised exploration campaigns, developed medium-scale production operations, and has established and maintained good business relations with the governments and peoples in many African countries.

Jacques Trottier, Geologist and Special advisor. Holds a Doctorate degree in economic geology, has more than 20 years experience in mining exploration and has held senior positions with number of public mining companies. He is also President and CEO of Amex Exoloration inc.

John Ryan,CGA, Director. A former internal auditor at Rio Algom as part of his 35 years of experience in corporate and financial management. In December of 2000 he became the CEO of Spruce Ridge Resources Ltd. (TSXV: SHL) since 2000 where he expanded the Company’s scope by increasing its property holdings and exploration efforts.

Raymond Cloutier, Director, has vast experience in finance and has held management positions in finance as bank director from 1973 to 1979 and as services manager at the school board of Quevillon from 1979 to 1988. Mr Cloutier has also worked in the cable television industry as a self-employed consultant. He is also director of Stelmine Canada Ltd.

J. François Lalonde, Ing. (BSc. Génie Civil). Mr. Lalonde is an International Relations consultant and has been a member of 'Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec' since 1985. He gained international experience by working on behalf of multinational engineering and construction firms such as SNC-Lavalin based in Canada and Bouygues Travaux Publics based in France. He also participated to the development of international markets for the Pomerleau Group, a Quebec based Construction Company. He was involved at various levels on several construction projects in Africa such as high voltage power lines and the first motorway concession on the continent. For the past several years, he has been working mostly overseas focusing on Africa and the Middle-East as well as the USA. Mr. Lalonde is a director of 'Rutel Networks Corporation' since 2003, 'Carbon2Green Corporation' (TSX-V:CGN) since 2009 and also 'Quinto Real Capital Corporation' (TSX-V: QIT.P) recently listed in September 2010
